We have been running a non-profit society in the name of “BIT EDUCATION SOCIETY & WELFARE COUNCIL” since year 2004 in Mewat area. It is a registered society under Society act 1860 under Govt. of Haryana. We are all aware that Mewat is a Muslim dominated and backward area very close to India’s capital New Delhi. Despite it’s a rich cultural heritage and poor living standard. With the advancement of world IT (Information Technology) has also become a prime factor of work and work place, which link human being to the world. In every area of business, academy, administration it has taken it’s vital position. Computer Education makes a man capable of diving deep in to the realities of life and presents before him a true picture of life. In Tauru block there was no Computer Center for the poor and needy students. Keeping it in mind Mr. Bhagirath founder of this society started a small IT (Information Technology) unit in Tauru block in a small level with a couple of Computers, furniture with few staff, it imparts education of Information Technology to improve the quality of life for the youth of Mewat those are below poverty line . Special provision of low fees for poor students and reliable fee for other students. It’s a non- profit society managed by the tuition fee exclusively collected from fees paying students. BIT EDUCATION SOCIETY & WELFARE COUNCIL helped to the poor students find the job opportunity in their near by area. Since last 6 years it has been making its continuous efforts with the aspirants to give the society a best product. It’s a life boon to the learners. We believed that relevant stimulating education, the only powerful tool to break the chain of poverty and despair. Education gives the children confidence to confront issues and to compete equally with the outside world. Now we would like to spread our network in the field of women Empowerment, IT, Vocational Training, Community Development, Microfinance etc. We seek your help and co-operation to put a milestone for an enabling change in the Mewat.
